Hidrospeed The Urubamba
River 1D
Description
Go down the Ollantaytambo rapids head-first
while swimming! Hydrospeed is a floating board
that goes around your arms and head and protects
you from collisions. It is indeed fast, and the
water's proximity provides very real contact
with and an appreciation for the river, its
falls and other hydraulics.
Itinerary
Day 1
At 9:00 AM we pick up our passengers and go
to the Urubamba River in the Sacred Valley. The
guides hand out and explain the equipment and
some commands we will use to communicate in the
river for everyones safety. We will be in the
river for two and a half hours, running rapids
of Class II and III. We eat lunch and return to
Cusco at about 6:00 PM.
Included :
Complete wetsuits, flippers, life vests,
helmets, boat
Lunch is provided afterwards
Transportation to and from your hotel in our
private bus
You must be able to swim
